Fees:
Each search is different. We determine our fee structure through a careful analysis of the responsibilities, compensation, complexity of the position, and region. We will recommend a fee structure that will either be contingent or retained. Typically, our costs are a mutually agreed flat fee, due within 30 days of the candidate’s start date.
Guarantee:
For contingency searches, we guarantee our candidates for 60 days from the candidate’s start date. This means, if a candidate were to leave your organization for any reason, other than a reduction in force, we will replace the candidate at no additional charge. Should you not need a replacement, we will divert the dollars spent to another search within our service areas.
For retained searches, our guarantee extends to 160 days from candidate’s start date for a full replacement. Should you need a replacement after the first 160 days, and before 1 year, we will waive the engagement fee for a new search. We also guarantee that we will show you at least two candidates that we both agree are qualified for the role (or one who gets hired.) If we fail to deliver this in the predetermined timeframe, we will refund your entire retainer.
